ORDERING FROM US
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order. We will send you an order acknowledgement (an email address must be provided to receive this). Orders can be placed over the telephone by calling us on 01773 821531. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) Where goods are not available;
(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error.
Please note that single door fitted packages will carry a single door suppliment of £20.00
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order:
You can notify us by email to email@example.com telephone on 01773 821531before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
Cancelled orders that have been dispatched you will incur a 10% re-stocking fee and your delivery charge will not be refunded. This includes orders that have been returned back to us after a failed delivery attempt by the Courier service.
We accept Visa and MasterCard via paypal. GBP sterling and GBP cheques.
We also accept payments via Paypal.
All prices quoted are inclusive of V.A.T.
Inspection upon delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods at the time of delivery. Unless the goods are rejected at the point of delivery, and valid reasons for the rejection are communicated to New Oak Developments Ltd, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the goods and confirmed that they are in good condition when delivered.

The quote given using this form is based on the information provided by you and is subject to a site survey prior to fitting. If supply only then no site survey will be carried out and the goods will be supplied based on thge information provided.
- Quotations are based upon our understanding
of your requirements. Please check all details are correct as New Oak Developments Ltd accept no liability for any omissions or errors.
- Unless the sizes shown on this quote have been
obtained by New Oak Developments Ltd, we also reserve the right to amend our rates once ‘as built’ dimensions are available.
- Timber is a natural product which can vary in
both colour and grain appearance, it may also contain knots. Some levels of
movements and face shakes can also be experienced after manufacture and fitting
– these items con not be controlled and are not considered to be defects –
while every attempt is made to eliminate the expansion and contraction of
joinery items such as Doors, windows and Gates, New Oak Developments Ltd is not liable for
Expansion, Swelling or Contraction of said items.
- Redwood, Hardwood and Oak products used
externally are specifically NOT guaranteed against warping, twisting or Face
- Un-finished joinery products MUST be brought up
to full finish within the shortest duration possible after installation - wood preserve, primer or any base coat applied can alone NOT be considered to offer any kind of weather protection.
- Title in the goods shall not pass to the
customer until New Oak Developments ltd has been paid in full for the goods. Nothing in this
clause shall prevent New Oak Developments Ltd from raising action against the customer for the payment of goods.
- Any delivery date or fitting time specified by
New Oak Developments Ltd is an estimated date or time only and New Oak Developments Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, cost, charges or expense caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery or fitting of the goods.
- Customers must contact New Oak Developments Ltd within 24 hours
of delivery if joinery items are damaged during transportation by our own transport or via courier.
- Where the good have been manufactured by New Oak Developments
Ltd or their suppliers and are to be defective, New Oak Developments Ltd shall repair, or in its sole discretion replace defective goods free of charge upon the following conditions:
- The default being due to New Oak Developments Ltd workmanship or materials.
- Such notice being served within 30 days of delivery or fitting with the customer
having complied with New Oak Developments Ltd oral or written instructions as to storage,
installation, use or maintenance of the goods in accordance with good trade
- Replacement or repair of all goods shall be limited by the following conditions:
- New Oak Developments Ltd shall NOT be liable to the customer for any loss(including loss or profit), costs, damages, charges or expenses incurred by the customer or for any loss or
damage to or caused by the goods.
- New Oak Developments Ltd grants no warranties regarding fitness for purpose, use, quality or nature of the goods weather express or implied by statue or common law.
- These terms and conditions shall apply to all
contracts for the supply of goods and any services by New Oak Developments Ltd to the customer shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the customer.
- Any variation in these terms and conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by New Oak Developments Ltd.
- Force majeure – New Oak Developments Ltd shall not be liable
for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or
failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control,
including but not limited to acts of god, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war,
fire, breakdown of plant or machinery or short of raw materials from a natural
source of supply, and we shall entitled to a reasonable extension of our
